SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping on All Orders
We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order to all 50 U.S. states!
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Shipping: 8-15 business days after processing
- Total Time: Please allow 9-17 business days from order date to delivery
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays can occur during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package status by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We select the most reliable carrier for your location to ensure safe, timely delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look for the package in alternate delivery locations (porch, mailroom, etc.)
- Contact us at support@noroa.org within 7 days and we'll help resolve the issue
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@noroa.org with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at support@noroa.org as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), please allow extra time for processing and delivery. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
